Art Show at Louis Meisel Gallery starts April 25th

Randy and Robert Gniewek will have a dual show entitled “Forgotten Industry” April 25th to June 1st, 2024 at Louis Meisel Gallery in New York. Randy and I will be at the opening on April 25th. Hope to see you there.

Show of New Work at Louis Meisel in November

Randy had a solo exhibition at the Louis Meisel Gallery in New York, NY from November 12, 2022 to December 22, 2022. Two drawings and one painting sold.

Louis Meisel donates to Smithsonian

Randy heard from Louis Meisel on May 11, 2022 that he had donated 18 photorealist paintings to the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, DC. Randy’s 1990 painting “Dutch Kills Creek - Greenpoint” was included in the first group of paintings.

The Painter's Pedagogy, July 15th 2022

One of Randy’s paintings will be included in the group show, The Painter’s Pedagogy, the Students of Harold Gregor. Randy was a student of Harold Gregor in the 1970s when Harold was a professor of art at Illinois State University. The show will be held at the McLean County Arts Center, July 15th to August 27th, 2022.

Louis K Meisel Gallery representation

Randy has joined the gallery of Louis K Meisel located in New York. The gallery shows photorealist and realist paintings, drawings and sculptures. Randy’s representational landscape paintings and drawings will join the incredible art works that are shown here. Two paintings and four drawings arrived at the gallery last week.

Drawings features in Moriarty Art Magazine

Randy's drawings were featured in the April issue of the art magazine, Moriarty, with other international artists.  The magazine is published in Switzerland.
